The New Jersey Institute of Technology libraries is now participating in the OCLC Reciprocal Faculty Borrowing Program (RFBP) which allows library privileges at over 160 research libraries in Canada and the United States.
If a faculty member is planning to do research at another academic institution that participates in this program, a card can be obtained from your home library.
The home institution determines who is eligible for a Reciprocal Faculty Borrowing Program card.
The lending library determines whether the card will be accepted for on-site use and/or borrowing.
These privileges vary from institution to institution, and faculty members are bound by the host libraries' own policies.
